SERIES 53 -  The SERIES 53 is a manual tabletop bonder that can be configured for Gold Ball, Thin Wire Wedge-Wedge, Deep Access, Heavy Wire, and Heavy Ribbon. Interchangeable bond heads allow for a quick and seamless solution for a vriety of needs.

SERIES 56i - The SERIES 56i is a semiautomatic tabletop bonder with unmatched flexibilities and capabilities. The 56i offers fully automated bonding with manual part feeding. With F&S's exchangable bond heads, the 56i can meet all bonding requirements as well as a fully automated bond testing.

SERIES 58 - The SERIES 58 is a fully automated, tabletop wire bonder, capable of production of over one bond per second. The SERIES 58 features exchangeable bond heads, an intuitive software suite, the most powerful pattern recognition on the market, and the ability to save an unlimited number of bond programs. 

SERIES 86 - The SERIES 86 is a fully automated wire bonder for heavy wire and heavy ribbon. With a large work area (512 x 720 mm), the SERIES 86 excels at a variey of tasks and can easily handle large work such as batteries. Additionally, the SERIES 86 can be configured with acp's CO2 Snow-Jet Cleaning system to allow for automated cleaning of the bond surface prior to bonding.
